PHIL SCOTT

Pianist/singer/writer/comedian Phil Scott, best known for The Wharf Revue, takes us back to London’s Swinging 60s in this musical tribute to songwriter Lionel Bart.

With Phil as your musical guide, you’ll revisit the life and times of the man who wrote Consider Yourself, As Long As He Needs Me and Where is Love, but also the Theme Song of From Russia With Love (the second James bond movie) and Cliff Richard’s Living Doll. And much more!

This concert performance is based on Phil’s Helpmann Award-nominated cabaret show, Reviewing the Situation.

THE CRITICS SAID...

"Phil Scott is a master showman, the piano keyboard is an extension of his hands and he is as charming, authentic and appealing as an East End wide boy should be in reminding us of the one that – sort of – got away".

- STAGE NOISE

“Scott’s wizardry on the piano is a genuine delight as his fingers fly effortlessly across the keys bringing Bart’s simple melodies to jaunty life.”

– JO LISTSON, SCENE & HEARD

“You don't need to be aware of Lionel Bart to be drawn in and to enjoy this show.” – AUSTRALIAN STAGE
