CATHERINE ALCORN - Managing Director, Tenacious C Presents
Catherine Alcorn is an award winning artist and producer and has worked extensively in theatre, cabaret and television including The Today Show, Mornings with Kerri-Anne and Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure.
As an artist, Catherine has produced and performed national and international tours of her own stage shows The Divine Miss Bette and Go Your Own Way: The Story of Christine McVie and is regular fixture in major Nationals Festival programs including Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Noosa Long Weekend Festival and Festival of Voices.
In 2018 Catherine made her triumphant USA and Sydney Opera House debut in her most famous role as The Divine Miss Bette, winning her the Best Cabaret Production in the 2018 Broadway World Awards.
As a producer, Catherine's credits include Creative Director of Slide Lounge (2010 - 2014), Slide Cabaret Festivals (2011 - 2013), From Sydney With Love: A Concert for Orlando at Sydney Town Hall (2016), 5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche (Melbourne Fringe Festival 2016) and in October 2017 launched Glen Street Theatre's inaugural Cabaret In The Glen program in the role of Artistic Director.
From 2014 - 2015 Catherine was both the Noosa Long Weekend Festival and Ballarat Cabaret Festival Ambassador. During her time in this role, the festivals broke attendance and box office records.
Since founding Tenacious C Presents, Catherine has produced numerous tours and delivered multiple productions to regional theatres and festivals across Australia.

MAKAYLA BISHOP - Producer, Tenacious C Presents
Since 2006, Makayla had been living and working in New York having managed hundreds of productions, concerts, tours, events, and benefits worldwide.
Makayla moved to Australia in 2011, and began working in the programming team for the Adelaide Cabaret Festival alongside Artistic Director Kate Ceberano at The Adelaide Festival Centre.
In late 2013 Makayla relocated to Sydney, taking on the role of Associate Producer for
World AIDS Day 2013 with UNAIDS Global Advocate Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.
In 2014 she had the pleasure of Executive Producing her first play; 'Freud's Last Session' at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre in Brisbane.
She later toured Australia with Bernadette Peters as the Production and Tour Manager before heading overseas as the Company Manager for the Asian tour of 'CATS'.
Makayla was General Manager for the New Zealand and Australian tour of 'CATS' starting pop sensation Delta Goodrem.
In 2016, she took over the position of Company Manager for the Broadway production of 'CATS' with new choreography by 'Hamilton' award winner Andy Blankenbuehler.
Most recently, Makayla was an Executive Producer at TEG Life / Life Like Touring, touring family shows across the globe.
